We don't sell or deliver to Argentina, Mexico, Turkey, United States and Canada.
Shipments within Spain could take 5 to 10 days, in countries of the European Union of 2 to 3 weeks or more, in countries not members of the European Union may take more than 3 weeks. For Latin America, the delivery time is 3 to 5 weeks or more.
Shipping costs:With the purchase of more than € 100, shipments are free. For orders that do not exceed 100 € the shipping cost will be from 4 to 10 € depending on the country.
Just for the countries of Europe we also have an Express shipments to Europe that can take up to 2 business days maximum, with a cost of 30€.
For countries outside Europe we only use official mail from Spain.
Packing of the order:
The Pyramid Seeds team knows perfectly how to prepare your order discreetly to be sent by mail with total security. All orders are packed in envelopes specially designed to eliminate risks of damage and total discretion of their contents.
Shipping mode: Shipments are made through the official postal post office as a registered letter. Orders are processed and sent the next working day the order is made. The registered letter can only be delivered to the person with the name indicated in the data of reception of the shipment and the corresponding identification.
For reasons of legalities in different countries that are not members of the European community, we should only use the official postal mail and go to the different countries through that same means. The packages can also be tracked from the website of the official post offices in each country. The product is sent in a brown envelope with bubble, for safety, protection and discretion.
Make sure you give us the full, clear and correct shipping address in order to guarantee the arrival of the shipment. We will not be responsible for lost orders due to incorrect data.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a notification of every change in your order status, for this reason please make sure that you give us your complete, correct contact details, shipping information and an e-mail. As soon as the payment is been received, you will receive the first e-mail with the status "Completed", then once your order has started to be prepared for the further shipment you will receive another e-mail with the status "Processing" and finally, once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the status "Shipped" and in the same e-mail you will have a tracking number and a link of the Spain post office to track shipments in the territory of Spain. For other countries, once parcel has left the international office of origin, it should be tracked at the national post offices in the country of destination that you have indicated in your order.
