Types of shipment
At Pyramid Seeds we send our shipments through two channels:
- Post Office: in Spain and abroad
- UPS Express: only in Spain and the European Union
Orders from the Canary Islands and countries that are not members of the European Union can only be sent by Post.
UPS Express: 24 to 72 hours
- Spain (peninsula and islands): delivery time is 5 to 10 days
- European Union countries: delivery time is 2-3 weeks
- Countries NOT members of the European Union: the delivery time is 3 weeks or more
- Latin America: delivery time is 3-5 weeks or more
We do not ship to Argentina, Turkey and the USA.
- Post Office: Free in all countries
- In Spain: free shipping for orders over €30
- Other countries: free shipping for orders over €100
Express shipping costs with UPS to Europe:
- €5 shipping: Spain
- Shipping at €15: Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and United Kingdom
- Shipping at €20: Austria
- Shipping at €25: Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovenia and Switzerland
- Shipping at €30: Croatia, Finland, Ireland, Romania and Sweden
- Shipping at €40: Cyprus and Malta
The Pyramid Seeds team knows perfectly well how to discreetly prepare your order so that it can be sent by post safely. Orders are shipped in brown bubble-wrapped envelopes specially designed to eliminate risk of damage and for total discretion of its contents.
Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after the purchase is made. Shipments are made through the Post Office as a certified letter that can only be delivered to the person with the name indicated as the recipient and with the corresponding identification.
For legal reasons we cannot send by courier orders from countries that are not members of the European Union, so we have to send them by certified mail.
Packages can be tracked from the post office website of each country or on the official website of the Spanish Post Office.
Track your parcel
Once you place your order, you will receive via e-mail the update of each status of your order during the shipping process. The first message you will receive once the payment is done will be ‘’Completed’’. Then when your order starts to be ready for sending, you will receive another message with the status "Processing". Finally, once the order is shipped, you will receive a message with the status "Shipped" and the tracking number along with a link to the Spanish Post Office or UPS to track the shipment.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you give us the complete, clear and correct shipping address in order to guarantee the arrival of the shipment. We will not be responsible for lost orders due to incorrect data.
