DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Pyramid Seeds specialises in the sale of collectible cannabis seeds. All seeds are sold exclusively for collecting purposes, scientific and educational research, and for use in countries where cannabis cultivation is permitted by law. Pyramid Seeds does not encourage or support the illegal cultivation of cannabis.

PAYMENT METHODS

Debit/Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)

You can pay for your order using a debit or credit card through our virtual banking terminal. The payment system is reliable and secure, allowing us to expedite the delivery of your order.

Please note:

• Pyramid Seeds does not participate in the transaction and has no access to your card details.
• In accordance with data protection legislation, we do not accept payments over the phone and do not collect banking details via voice communication.
• If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact us via the form on our website or by email.

When placing an order with bank transfer as the payment method, our banking details will appear on screen. Your order will be dispatched once receipt of funds in our account has been confirmed.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Return of Seeds with Unopened Packaging

If you have received your order and wish to return the seeds for any reason, a return is possible provided the following conditions are met:

• The seed packaging must be completely unopened and in its original condition.
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The invoice and original packaging must be retained.
• To process the return, please contact us at info@pyramidseeds.news or via the contact form on our website.

Replacement of Seeds That Have Not Germinated

If germination is legal in your country and your seeds have not germinated following our recommended method, we will replace them.

Conditions for replacement:

• The seeds must be from the Pyramid Seeds bank.
• Retain the packaging and invoice.
• Take photographs of the germination process.
• Request the compensation form by contacting us at info@pyramidseeds.news or via the contact form on our website.

Important: claims will only be accepted where germination is legal in the customer's country.

WARRANTIES

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 2019/771 of 20 May, all purchases made after 1 January 2022 carry a three-year warranty on durable consumer goods.

Warranty details:

• For products with a stated expiry date, the warranty is valid until that date, not exceeding three years in any case.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
• In the event of a replacement, the warranty period is not extended.

LEGALITY AND CANNABIS REGULATION STATUS

Possession and Distribution of Seeds in Spain

In accordance with the United Nations Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961, cannabis seeds do not constitute a psychoactive substance, and their possession in Spain is not considered a criminal offence. However, the cultivation of cannabis may be subject to administrative and criminal sanctions under the following legislation:

• Article 25.1 of the Organic Law on the Protection of Citizens' Security — governs administrative fines for the cultivation of cannabis in public and private spaces without authorisation.
• Article 368 of the Spanish Criminal Code — provides for criminal sanctions for the illegal cultivation and distribution of plants containing psychoactive substances.

Regulation in Other Countries

Legislation on cannabis seeds varies considerably from country to country. Before placing an order, the customer is obliged to independently research the local laws and regulations governing the possession, sale and use of cannabis seeds.

Countries with restrictions on the possession and distribution of cannabis seeds include:

• Turkey
• Argentina
• Mexico
• Other countries with similar prohibitions

Pyramid Seeds takes reasonable measures to ensure that its products are offered and shipped only to destinations where such activity is permitted under the applicable regulations known to the company.

The company reserves the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order if the shipment, purchase, import, possession or trade of the products may be prohibited or restricted in the destination country or region.

At the same time, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase, receipt, possession and any intended use of the products comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their country or place of residence.

Both Pyramid Seeds and the customer are responsible for complying with the applicable legal requirements within their respective roles.

PYRAMID SEEDS LEGAL COMPLIANCE POLICY

• Customer responsibility: we dispatch seeds on the condition that they will not be used illegally. The buyer assumes full responsibility for their actions following receipt of the product.
• Rejection of illegal activities: the Pyramid Seeds team does not support or encourage the illegal cultivation of cannabis. We supply seeds exclusively for lawful purposes: collecting, scientific and educational research, and use in countries where cannabis cultivation is permitted by law.
• Orders from countries with prohibitions: if a customer places an order from a country where the possession or distribution of cannabis seeds is prohibited, this implies that the customer acts at their own risk and confirms their awareness of the applicable local legislation.
• Customs seizures: we are not responsible for orders that have been seized or rejected by customs services. In such cases, no refund will be issued for seized products.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, graphic elements, databases, software and other intellectual content, is the property of Pyramid Seeds or is used under the corresponding licences, and is protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.

Without prior written authorisation from Pyramid Seeds, the following are prohibited:

• Reproducing, copying and distributing any website materials, in whole or in part.
• Modifying, adapting or creating derivative materials based on website content.
• Publicly displaying or transmitting materials to third parties.
• Extracting or using databases or any part thereof.
• Using logos, trademarks and corporate identity for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Any breach of these conditions may give rise to civil and criminal liability in accordance with Spanish and European Union legislation.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled before their status changes to "Processing". After this point, cancellation or modification of the order is not possible as the dispatch process has already begun.

ACCESS BY MINORS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Use of the Website

• User responsibility: the user assumes full responsibility for use of the website and undertakes not to breach applicable legislation. Pyramid Seeds is not liable for any damage arising from misuse of the website or the information contained therein.
• Viruses and technical failures: Pyramid Seeds does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements on the website. We accept no liability for damage caused by technical failures, viruses or unauthorised interference by third parties.
• Accuracy of information: information on the website is provided "as is". Pyramid Seeds does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or currency, and reserves the right to modify website content without prior notice.

Access by Minors

• Access restriction: access to the website is permitted only to users aged 18 and over.
• Data control: if Pyramid Seeds detects that an account has been created by a minor, we reserve the right to request age verification. If such verification is not provided within 48 hours, the account will be cancelled.
• Order cancellation: if a minor places an order, Pyramid Seeds reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid using the same payment method.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

• Modification of content and services: Pyramid Seeds reserves the right to make changes to website content and services provided at any time and without prior notice.
• Modification of terms of use: we also reserve the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions. Changes will take effect from the moment of their publication on the website.
• Reservation of legal rights: Pyramid Seeds reserves all rights not expressly granted in these terms and conditions. No provision of these terms and conditions shall be construed as a waiver of our rights or a transfer of rights to third parties.
• Jurisdiction: for the resolution of any legal matter, our activity is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona and is governed by Spanish law within the framework of European Union legislation.
