Shipping types

At Pyramid Seeds we make our shipments through two channels:

  • Postal mail: in Spain and abroad

  • UPS: only in Spain and the European Union

Orders from countries that are not members of the European Union and from the Canary Islands can only be sent by Post.

Shipping times

  • UPS: 24-72 hours.

  • Correos España (peninsula and islands): delivery time is 5 to 10 days

  • Member countries of the European Union: delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks

  • Countries NOT members of the European Union: delivery time is 3 weeks or more

  • Latin America: delivery time is 3 to 5 weeks or more

We do not ship to Argentina, Türkiye and the US

Shipping costs

  • Correos: free in all countries

  • UPS Spain: free shipping on orders over €30

  • Other countries: free shipping on orders over €100

For European countries we have Express Shipping that can take up to 3 business days maximum, with a maximum cost of €40 depending on the country.

On the other hand, for countries outside of Europe we only use the official mail system of Spain (postal mail), whose fee is free.

Express shipping costs with UPS to Europe:

  • Shipping at €5: Spain

  • Shipping at €15: Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany. Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom

  • Shipping at €20: Austria

  • Shipping at €25: Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Poland, San Marino, Slovenia and Switzerland

  • Shipping at €30: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Moldova, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden

  • Shipping at €40: Cyprus and Malta

Packaging the order

The Pyramid Seeds team knows perfectly how to prepare your order discreetly so that it can be sent by post in complete safety. All orders are packed in envelopes specially designed to eliminate risks of damage and total discretion of their content.

Shipping method

    Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after the purchase is made. Shipments are made through the Post Office as a registered letter that can only be delivered to the person with the name indicated as the addressee and with the corresponding identification.

    For legal reasons we cannot send orders from non-European Union countries by courier, so we have to send them by certified mail. Packages can be tracked from the Correos web page of each country or on the official Correos de España website.

    Track your package

    • Once you place your order, you will receive in your email an update on each status of your order during the shipping process.

    • The first email you will receive once the payment is received will be "Completed"

    • Then, when your order begins to be prepared for shipment, you will receive another email with the status "Processing".

    • Finally, once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the status "Sent" and in this email you will receive the tracking number as well as a link to the Spanish post office to track the shipment.

    • For other countries, once the shipment has left the international office of origin, it must be tracked at the national post offices of your country of origin.

    IMPORTANT: Make sure you give us the complete, clear and correct shipping address in order to guarantee the arrival of the shipment. We will not be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect data.
